Assembly Modelling
Assembly Modelling
Assembly Modelling is a great way to split all parts of a CAD design into components. This way the design can have joints that act a certain way; such as rigid joints (which keeps the parts together and don't move), revolute joints (which rotate the two bodies), slider joints (which allows bodies to slide in one and other) and more. While creating the following designs, I tried to use ABS plastic, since it is the most common material for 3D printing.
