Engineers Without Borders UK's Challenge

This project was based in Lobitos and Piedritas and it was about solving a problem from different design areas such as built environment, water, sanitation, energy, etc. My group focused on the energy design aspect as a lot of non-renewable energy is being used which creates many problems to the environment and to the community, so we came up with an electric reel generator as it is easy to use and the most efficient way to generating renewable energy. This could be connected to items such as bikes that are mounted, so people can generate energy while working out.
